ClubMY APK Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Rules

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ClubMY APK ("clubmy apk", "we", "the platform"). • "Fraudulent Activity" refers to any action intended to exploit the system, defraud the platform or other members, or gain an unfair advantage through unauthorised means.

2Membership Eligibility

To register for and use the clubmy apk service, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

3Account Registration

Each Member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at clubmy apk at any time. Registering more than one account — whether using the same information or different details — is strictly prohibited and considered a serious breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information — including your full name as shown on your official identification document, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and any other details required for KYC verification. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided to clubmy apk remains current and accurate.

• Accounts are personal and may not be transferred to or shared with another person.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Clubmy apk reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

• The name registered on your clubmy apk account must exactly match the name on the bank documents used for deposits and withdrawals.

4Deposit & Payment

Clubmy apk accepts deposits via recognised and legitimate Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Current deposit limits and available methods are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction
• Accepted methods: DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Bank Islam, RHB, Public Bank and other FPX member banks), GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Deposits are typically credited to your clubmy apk account within under a minute once the transaction has been successfully processed by the payment provider.
• Clubmy apk does not charge any fees for deposit transactions — any fees imposed by your e-wallet provider or bank are the responsibility of that provider, not clubmy apk.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes on the clubmy apk platform and may not be transferred to other members.

5Withdrawals

Clubmy apk members are entitled to withdraw eligible funds from their accounts subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that is under the same name with a registered clubmy apk account.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during normal operating hours (8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Malaysian Time) are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours.
• Requests submitted outside of operating hours will be processed the following day in queue order.
• Clubmy apk reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents (KYC) before approving a withdrawal request, particularly for larger amounts or accounts that have not undergone full verification.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from your withdrawable balance.

Clubmy apk reserves the right to suspend or place a hold on withdrawal requests if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms while an investigation is ongoing. 6Bonus & Promotions

8Member Conduct

All clubmy apk members are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy, honesty, and responsibility while using the platform. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without notice:

• The use of offensive language, threats, or harassment toward other members or clubmy apk staff through any communication channel.
• Any form of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or providing false information to clubmy apk.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system or exploit promotions through unauthorized means, such as registering multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other members in poker or any other player-vs-player game.
• Use of any software, tools, or methods designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Any action that could potentially damage the reputation of clubmy apk or disrupt the operation of the platform.

9Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your clubmy apk account login credentials secure, including your username and password. clubmy apk strongly recommends that you:

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Requests from relevant law enforcement authorities.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (with prior notice sent to the registered email address).

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the clubmy apk support team. Any eligible funds remaining in the account will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure once all necessary checks have been completed.

11Limitation of Liability
